Privacy policy

ezoai (“we”) handles personal information in Shishin Kobo (“the Service”) as described below. If this English version and the Japanese version differ, the Japanese version prevails.

What you enter in the builder

Company names and answers you enter in the builder are stored only in your browser. They are not sent to our servers, and we cannot see them.

Information we receive and why

When you email us at info@ezoai.jp, we receive your name, company, email address and message. We use them to answer you and to improve the Service.

Where it is stored

This information is stored on storage provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States).

Purchases and payment

Gumroad, Inc. (United States) handles checkout and payment. We never receive your card number. From Gumroad we receive the purchaser's email address, the date and time of purchase, and the license key, and we use them to check keys and answer questions. When you register a key in the builder, the key is sent to our server and to Gumroad to confirm that it is genuine. As sales records, our server keeps only the date and time, amount, country, and the page you viewed before buying.

Page view counts

The Service records daily totals of page views, referring sites, and clicks on buttons such as buy and export. We use these totals to improve the pages. We do not use cookies or device identifiers for this, and we do not store IP addresses. To count pages viewed in a row in the same tab as one visit, we place one marker in your browser's sessionStorage. It disappears when you close the tab.

Only when you arrive from an ad or an email link, we keep a referral marker in your browser's localStorage for 30 days. It contains the campaign name (such as utm_source) and Google Ads' click identifier, never your name or email address. When you click the buy button, the Service adds the marker to the Gumroad checkout URL so that we can count which ad or email led to a purchase.

Sharing with third parties

Except as required by law, we do not share personal information with third parties without your consent.

Access, correction and deletion

To request disclosure, correction, deletion or suspension of use of information we hold, email info@ezoai.jp. We respond without delay after confirming your identity.

Operator

The Service is operated by ezoai. The operator's address and representative's name are disclosed without delay to anyone who asks.
